Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Download and print the prepaid USPS return shipping label provided through the portal; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

Pack Your Products

Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all components are included, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off & Refund

Drop your package at any authorized USPS location. Once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
